Since 2009, according
to requirements of ECDL Foundation, all exams must be held on computers in a
ECDL laboratory with proper certificates. Our school, after a successful
process of getting the certificate, has got two labs. It also means that we
have proper technical facilities and
trained staff with good qualifications to follow the stages of the exams. In
the classes will take place exams for students from elementary schools, high
schools, colleges and universities. The exams will check and confirm the basic
abilities of using the computer in both professional and private life of every

This kind of parties
is a special event in our school life and lives of young people. It has also
impression on their parents. It has become a tradition in school and an
important, constant issue in our school calendar. This year we had three
parties in restaurants in our district. The first one was held on the 9th
of January. There were students of Feeding and Computer Science Technical
Classes. The next party was organized on the 16th of January by
young people of Economics and Electronics Technical Classes. The last event was
held on the 23rd of January and the hosts were students of Economics
and Trade Technical Classes. All parties started with traditional Polonez dance
performed by the students. The next important issues were speeches of our
headmaster, class-teachers and representatives of parents. It 2was an occasion
to thank for four years' cooperation and engagement in forming proper attitudes
of the young generation. The beautiful events have already gone to the history
of our school and now we count time to the final exams.

Taking part in the Contest of Technical Knowledge is a
big challenge for young people, but also a chance for extending scientific
knowledge. To compete with their peers in the subsequent stages have all
students of secondary schools of the sixteen provinces, because it includes its
coverage area throughout the country. The competition, however, has three stages.
In the first stage participants solve tasks and tests. The second stage is
connected with the choice of thematic groups (mechanical, electrical or
building), within which the student is evaluated. The last stage has a final
character. A few days ago we received the news that to the second phase, which
will be held on the 22nd of January 2010 in Poznan, were qualified four students from our
school. Among the best are: Lukasz Pertek, Lukasz Filipkowski, Piotr Bednarek
(all from IIBE class) and Kamil Pilawski (IVEL class).
